Alison is a gifted Shamanic Healer, Reiki Master, Sound Healer, Yoga teacher and Doula that has traveled the world studying plant medicine and healing modalities. It is her mission to raise consciousness so that all can transcend suffering and come to an understanding of who they truly are.

Alison's Healing Sessions & Cacao Ceremonies

Shamanic Cacao Ceremonies

Alison leads authentic Shamanic Cacao Ceremonies in the Phoenix, AZ area. She brings her wisdom of the medicine back from her teachers in Costa Rica. Each ceremony includes specially prepared cacao, shamanic drumming and the singing of Icaros (healing songs of the plants).

Yoga Sessions and Practice

Private and group yoga sessions are available with Alison. She specializes in Prenatal, Sattva Vinyasa, Mommy & Me and Yin Yoga. Alison is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider and RYT 500. She studied in India, spending time in the Himalayas, in silence and meditating in the cave of the ancient Rishi Vashistha. ​

Sound Healing and Sound Baths

Private and group sound baths are available. These are customized to each persons needs and can include the use of crystal singing bowls, planetary gongs, Tibetan bowls, shamanic drumming and more. Alison uses her connection to the spirit world to guide each of her sound healings so that the participants get exactly what they need.

Sacred Birth Doula Work

Alison uses her intuition and training to help women through the birth process. She helps them to find their own inner strength while providing evidence based information and education so that each woman can make her own informed decisions.

​During Labor, Alison uses her healing abilities as well as Doula training to soothe a woman’s discomfort and ease any anxiety of the mother and partner. As with everything she does, Alison brings a spiritual connection to her Doula work guiding her clients to find who they really are.
